Keith Davis is the senior pastor of Evangelism Today Christian Church in Camden, New Jersey.  Over the years, Keith excelled in business while maintaining his call to the ministry.  In 1989 he founded The Davis Group, a technology company specializing in security solutions and related programs for government customers.  In 1998 he was celebrated in Washington DC as the Small Businessman of the Year by the United States Small Business Administration.  Today, Keith's focus is in community stabilization and redevelopment.  In 1997 he and his wife Linda founded a faith-based community development organization, Koinonia Family Life, Inc., home of the Camden Dream Center which serves residents of the city of Camden. 



Leo Adalbert is an experienced biopharmaceutical marketing and business development executive with over 20 years of successful and progressively responsible leadership in small and large organizations.  Leo earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School (Fellowship) and a BS from West Virginia University (summa cum laude.)  He also earned post-graduate certifications from the Wharton School and the Kellogg School.  Leo is a co-architect of the Camden Dream Center vision and implementation plans.  He is a competitive road cyclist (USA cycling) and avid athlete.


Daria Torres is the Principal Consultant of Walls Torres Group, LLC.  She is an experienced business adviser and a highly sought after lecturer.  Her consulting activities have included strategic planning, project management, joint venture negotiations, sales and marketing strategy, technology solution implementation, organizational governance and executive development.  Daria also serves on the faculty at the Rutgers University as an adjunct professor.  From 2007 until 2009 she also worked with the undergraduate Leadership and Communications programs at the Wharton School of Business. 

Daria earned a Master's in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Operations and Information Management from Wharton.  When not consulting, lecturing or volunteering her time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, ages 7 and 4.


Anthony Smith is the Coordinator of Business Services at Camden County Technical Schools where he coordinates operational systems for the school district and 450 staff members.  He has many years of management experience in the areas of computer programming, database management, administration and operations; including responsibility for data facilities, accounting, site-management and overall computer operations.  
Anthony is a part-time adjunct Professor at Mercer County Community College where he helps inmates receive a college degree.



Linda Davis is the founder of Koinonia Family Life (KFL), home of the Camden Dream Center.  She retired from PSE&G to work for the nonprofit organization on a full-time basis.  Linda was the first African American and first woman to win an election in Franklin Township, New Jersey to serve on the local township committee.  As a committee woman she gained valuable experience in governance as she oversaw a township budget of 150 million dollars.  The integrity and wisdom gained through this experience has prepared her for the work she is now doing at KFL and the Camden Dream Center.

Linda's passion to provide services to the under-served in the Camden Community is contagious.  She conducts a weekly woman's mentoring class and teaches young girls dance.
 
Saul J. Steinberg was born, and attended public schools, in Camden, New Jersey. He graduated from Rutgers College, New Brunswick, New Jersey, in 1970 with a degree in Art and from Rutgers Law School, Camden, New Jersey in 1973.Saul began his legal career in 1973 as an assistant county prosecutor in Camden County, New Jersey. The emphasis of Saul's current practice is in Criminal and Civil Litigation. He has handled major criminal and civil cases and has provided representation to other professionals including physicians, lawyers and teachers.


Joseph Rosales is the President and CEO of Primera Construction Management has a unique and diverse professional background which includes commercial mortgage lending, commercial real estate development, real estate sales, commercial construction management and over twenty years of domestic and international business consulting and performance coaching.  Enjoying a successful business career that spans over three decades he has founded, managed and grown multiple companies, managed complex projects and recruited and trained talented staff members in a number of diverse industries. He has written 3 published books on the art/processes of sales, customer service and marketing communications and has over 15 years experience as a highly regarded public speaker and seminar facilitator.
